Kathrine Lee
Co-Founder, CEO & Board member
Kathrine is a highly sought after life and business strategist. She is the Founder & Co-Creator of The Ultimate Source, a faith-based personal development system that teaches practical application of essential life skills. Kathrine is an internationally recognized speaker and has touched millions with her message of hope and transformation. You may recognize Kathrine from one of her appearances on the Oprah Winfrey Show or by reading her story in O Magazine.
Michael Lee
Co-Founder, Pure Hope Ranch Director
Michael has been involved in corporate training & management since 1992. He worked for 10 years as a National Sales Manager in the banking industry. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Decision Health Services, Inc. As Director of Business Relations for Pure Hope Foundation, Michael oversees the relationships with the companies and causes that PHF supports. He is also the “man behind the scenes” for every event at Pure Hope Ranch and around the world.
Ryan Morris
COO & Executive Director
Ryan has served on a number of ministry and non-profit boards and was a business leader in the healthcare industry for over 15 years, specializing in strategic partnerships and leading both development and operational teams. Ryan coached youth sports for over a decade, and has served with his wife, Holly, as a teacher and leader in Christian ministry in the areas of youth mentoring, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, young professionals and young families.
Holly Morris
Events Director at Pure Hope Ranch
Holly leads all events at Pure Hope Ranch and serves the foundation in many other ways as well. She and Ryan were part of the launch team during the early years of Pure Hope Foundation alongside Founders, Michael and Kathrine Lee. Holly has a Master’s Degree in Communication Science and Disorders from Abilene Christian University. She is passionate about holistic wellness and leads fitness classes for our community and for the young women of Hope Home. She loves watching her kids play sports and quality time with family and close friends.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Pure Hope Foundation is led and supported by a strong Board of Directors and Advisory Council with solid ministry and business backgrounds. They each have a unique passion for helping women who have been involved in sex-trafficking from the rehabilitation process to equipping others with the knowledge and resources to empower them to take action.
DR. KATHY CROCKETT, Ph.D., BOARD CHAIR
Kathy graduated from Texas A&M University and completed graduate work at Texas Tech. She develops customized training and seminars for students, non-profit organizations, churches, and corporate groups globally. Dr. Crockett facilitates strategic leadership groups and development coaching for executives, and specializes in leadership, team building, business strategy, conflict, organizational change, communication, career assessments, and wellness.
DR. RICK LYTLE, Ph.D.
Rick currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of CEO Forum, Inc. Additionally, he serves on the business faculty at Abilene Christian University as Director of the Lytle Center for Leadership and Faith Development in the College of Business Administration after having served as dean of the College from 1999-2016. He served as one of only 7 deans in the school’s 75-year history and has been a member of the Abilene Christian University faculty since 1991.
STEPHANIE HAMBY
Stephanie graduated from The University of Colorado, Denver with a Master’s in Public Administration. She serves on various boards and enjoys learning how each serves the community. While in Colorado, Stephanie worked for Milgard Windows building relationships with contractors and learning the housing industry. These experiences helped shape her current role. Since 2015, she has served as Executive Director of Galilee CDC, a West Texas non-profit which provides affordable housing
MIKE QUAYLE, BOARD TREASURER
Mike attended Culver Military Academy and Hillsdale College. He spent most of his professional career as a newspaper publisher in Arizona and Indiana. Today he enjoys operating a virtual franchise with his wife and being a grandfather. Mike is a philanthropist and has served on many boards of charitable organizations. Before joining the Pure Hope Foundation Board of Directors, he spent many years serving the Betty Ford Foundation Board of Trustees.
TONYA CARRUTHERS
Tonya serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at PFF. She is a dynamic HR leader with extensive experience working within global brands. She has expertise in creating cultures of collaboration and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence. She coaches in the areas of transformational leadership, intercultural communication, team building, managing change, and global recruitment.
GENIA ROGERS
Genia holds a finance degree from Clemson University and has experience in corporate finance within the banking sector. Over the past 34 years, Genia and her husband Rob have partnered in life, business, and ministry, dedicating themselves to building businesses and nurturing personal development. Genia currently serves as the CFO for Gratitude Holdings LLC and manages the finances for the three Chick-fil-A restaurants that Rob owns and operates.
BOB MCFARLAND
Bob served as Chairman and Chief Investment Officer for Beutel Goodman Capital Management. He is a retired Lieutenant from the U.S. Army and is a Harvard University graduate. Bob serves as President of Franklin County Industrial Foundation, and for many years has served as a leader for a high school leadership development program called Leaders of Tomorrow.
CURT BEAVERS
Curt is an international business leader with businesses in all 50 states and over 25 countries. His personal brand and company, “Make a Life” teaches individuals and families around the globe how to live inspired lives. Curt is an author, speaker and teacher. He has served on myriad boards throughout his career.
